The Vision behind Scriptures on Faith
Being inspired is such a great feeling…when you find something that pulls you forward, or gives you energy the result can be amazing. Faith is like that, it is inspirational…it can come from a friends story, a neighbor’s testimony or from gaining understanding about what the bible says on faith.
At The Jesus Muse we endeavour to help you with this…our mission is to provide a muse for you…a relevant source of christian inspiration. Jesus is the greatest inspiration and His words are second to none. In fact they are life giving…they can speak right to the heart of our situation, and for that matter, right to our hearts.
Depending on your experience and upbringing just saying the word faith can bring up all kinds of emotions. Over the years people have taken scriptures on faith and concepts on faith and kinda done whatever they want with them…at times it seems creating a distance between what was actually being said and the interpretation.
- Quote the Word in it’s unedited truth. We want to draw your attention to key scriptures about the subject of, and highlight stories where great bible characters have overcome through their own faith journey.
- Provide valuable content that creates relevant insight around those scriptures, stories and thoughts. giving you pad answers is not the goal…we want to share with you real life stories of faith, the application of the scriptures and truth that you can apply.
- Share resources with you. We also want to share any other authors that we find that have really helped us understand the concept and unpack the scriptures on faith.
The idea is to inspire. scriptures on faith should do just that…provide life, provide inspiration, provide muse, and of course draw us closer to Jesus.
Scriptures on Faith - Verses from Isaiah. There are actually only two verses (niv) in Isaiah that contain the word faith...but both of them carry a lot of weight. Isaiah 7:9 The head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is only Remaliah’s son. If you do not...

Faith is a Promise Received
And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. (Hebrews 11:11)
Faith is Understanding
By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. (Hebrews 11:3)
Faith Comes from Hearing the Word of God
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17 nkjv)
